General Terms and Conditions (GTC) of HomeSphere

1. Scope

The General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "GTC") apply to all legal transactions concluded via the HomeSphere online shop (hereinafter referred to as "online shop").

HomeSphere reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. The version of the terms and conditions valid at the time of the order is decisive. Deviating conditions of the customer will not be accepted.

The offer in the online shop is aimed exclusively at customers residing in Switzerland or Liechtenstein. Deliveries are only made to addresses in these countries.

2. Information about products and prices

2.1 Product and price

Product images in the online shop are for illustration purposes only and are not binding. All prices quoted are final prices and include all taxes and fees. HomeSphere reserves the right to change prices at any time. The price in the online shop at the time of the order is decisive.

2.2 Availability and delivery time

HomeSphere provides information on the availability and delivery times of products to the best of its knowledge. However, this information is not guaranteed and is subject to change.

2.3 Additional services

HomeSphere offers additional services such as assembly and disposal for a fee. The details are displayed during the ordering process.

3. Conclusion of contract

The purchase contract is concluded as soon as the customer places an order in the online shop. An automatically generated order confirmation indicates receipt of the order, but does not guarantee delivery. The contract is subject to the resolutive condition of an impossibility of delivery or incorrect price information.

4. Delivery conditions

HomeSphere only delivers to addresses in Switzerland and Liechtenstein. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the delivery address is easily accessible. If the delivery is not accepted, HomeSphere can cancel the contract and invoice the costs incurred.

5. Inspection obligation

Customers must immediately check delivered products for accuracy and damage. Complaints must be reported via the customer account within 5 calendar days of receipt of the products.

6. Warranty

HomeSphere gewährt eine Garantie von 2 Jahren auf alle Produkte. Die Garantie deckt Mängel und Funktionsstörungen ab. Die Garantie wird entweder durch Reparatur, Ersatz oder Gutschrift erfüllt. Verschleißteile wie Batterien und Softwareprobleme sind von der Garantie ausgenommen.

7. Liability

HomeSphere is liable in accordance with the statutory provisions. Liability for slight negligence, indirect damage, lost profits or damage resulting from delayed delivery is excluded.

8. Terms of payment

8.1 Payment methods

HomeSphere accepts the payment methods specified in the online shop. When paying by invoice, the amount is due within 20 calendar days.

8.2 Default in payment

In case of late payment, HomeSphere reserves the right to charge reminder fees and to assign the claims to a debt collection agency.

8.3 Retention of title

The products remain the property of HomeSphere until full payment has been made.

9. Change of order or cancellation

Orders are binding. Changes or cancellations are only possible after consultation and may be subject to a handling fee of 20% of the order value.

10. Return of defect-free goods

HomeSphere grants a right of return under certain conditions. The return must be registered via the customer account. The products must be returned undamaged and in the original packaging.

11. Data Protection

HomeSphere treats personal data in accordance with the privacy policy, which is available in the online shop.

12. Place of jurisdiction and applicable law

All legal relationships are subject to Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes is the registered office of HomeSphere (ENTER REGISTERED OFFICE).
